From my experience working with reuse models, return rates are a real challenge. The deposit helps encourage returns and keep the system running.

Since we rent kitchen space rather than running a restaurant, the minimum helps us keep things cost-effective.

Transportation is one of our biggest cost factors. The $3.99 fee helps us focus on affordability while operating efficiently.
