Terms and Conditions
Intake and ordering access
Customers must complete the Juymmi intake before purchasing. Ordering may remain unavailable while dietary needs are reviewed or when Juymmi cannot safely accommodate a request.
Prices and charges
Meal prices, delivery charges, and any minimum-order requirement are displayed before payment. A non-refundable $3.99 packaging fee applies to each order. A separate $10 refundable reusable-packaging deposit also applies.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and access details. Delivery timing may be affected when a driver cannot enter a building or locate the requested drop-off point.
Dietary information
Customers must provide accurate allergy and dietary details. Meals may be prepared in a shared kitchen, and Juymmi does not guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Privacy Policy
Information we collect
Juymmi collects the contact, delivery, policy-agreement, and dietary information needed to review an intake and provide meals and deliveries. Before opening the cart, customers provide an email address or phone number for order and delivery updates. A short-lived, secure checkout cookie connects those details to the current checkout session.
How information is used
Information is used to manage customer communication, intake review, meal preparation, order access, and delivery. Juymmi does not sell personal information to third parties.
Access and retention
Access should be limited to people who need the information to provide Juymmi services. Information should be retained only as long as needed for those services and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Packaging Return Policy
$10 refundable deposit
A $10 deposit is collected for Juymmi’s reusable containers. Return the packaging in acceptable, reusable condition. Once the return is confirmed, the deposit is refunded using the original payment method.
$3.99 packaging fee
The $3.99 packaging fee covers order packaging and is non-refundable. It is separate from the reusable-container deposit.
Damaged or missing packaging
A deposit may not be refundable when reusable containers are missing or cannot be reused because of damage beyond normal wear. Contact Juymmi if there is a problem with a return.
